Claret Fullam
Chief Executive Officer
Claret Fullam is the founder, President and CEO of Agile Software Solutions, Inc. Under Claret's leadership, the Company has shifted from offering products and technology
to the Company's vision of "Deliver practical tools to help organizations enhance their customer experience".
Prior to starting Agile Software Solutions, Claret was the Customer Service Director/Security Coordinator for American Eagle Airlines where she managed the customer experience and coordinated the personnel to properly service a hectic customer volume at the Asheville Airport. Claret crafted and implemented a practical customer workflow and queue management strategy to meet a demanding customer body and unpredictable customer volumes.
Claret also served as the Marketing Director and principal in a startup dairy products business in North Carolina where she established customer networks, organized the production protocols and obtained USDA approval to operate and distribute dairy products nationwide.
Claret is business administration professional fluent in Spanish, and German.
