Agile Software Solutions sees quality not as an end but as a regular process. We have abandoned the old notion about how Testers communicate:
- We believe that requirements and design docs are most of the time insufficient, as are test plans and bug reports
- Documents are as good as they are going to get
We have joined testers in the conversations and direct interaction with developers and users. Furthermore, Agile Software Solutions has shifted attention to small teams incrementally delivering quality software. The old ideas about testing at the end of the coding phase are no longer applicable. We think about the role of Quality Assurance in Definitely NOT business-as-usual, but as keystone to success.
