AI-first vertical SaaS and consulting for underserved markets:
Claret is the founder, President and CEO of Agile Software Solutions, Inc. Under her leadership, the company has moved from its original portfolio of identity, biometrics, and access-control solutions toward its current focus: AI-first vertical SaaS and consulting for underserved markets.
Prior to founding Agile, Claret served as Customer Service Director and Security Coordinator for American Eagle Airlines at Asheville Airport, where she designed and implemented a queue management and customer workflow strategy for demanding, unpredictable customer volumes. She also served as Marketing Director and principal in a North Carolina dairy startup, where she built the customer network, organized production protocols, and obtained USDA approval to operate and distribute dairy products nationwide.
Claret is a business administration professional fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
Agile's portfolio evolved as the market did. We're direct about what came before.
Agile Software Solutions launched in 2021 with a portfolio focused on identity, biometrics, and access-control for federal and commercial customers. Product lines included AgileIDDM (identity data management), Whois (face-recognition access control), SmartFace, AgileKYC (know-your-customer), AgileQ (queue management), and AgileTraffic (vehicle classification and axle counting). Certifications and experience concentrated in digital imaging, digital identity, biometrics, access control, surveillance, and customer flow.
By 2024 the market had moved. Frontier LLMs made it possible to build production AI features into vertical software at a pace that made the legacy identity-and-biometrics portfolio look like the wrong bet for a small team. We refocused.
Since 2024, Agile's focus has been AI-first vertical SaaS — building the products, and teaching the methodology to consulting clients. AgileWeight ships today. AgileService enters beta in Q3 2026. AgileAI Consulting delivers ten service lines to organizations building their own AI-first practice. The legacy portfolio has been retired or, in the case of Whois, absorbed into current products where useful components could be salvaged.
Every product currently on this site is real, in some stage of production, and honestly documented. Every product previously in the portfolio has been retired. We don't pretend the company was born yesterday, and we don't pretend the old products are still active.
LATAM industrial operators. US minority contractors. Government-adjacent buyers who need compliance-ready software that speaks their operators' language natively. These are real markets that generic English-first enterprise SaaS ignores or serves poorly. That's where Agile builds.
