The short version.

This site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors. We do not share information with advertising networks because we do not run advertising. The only personal information we hold is what you send us directly — via email, via the trial request template, or through a support conversation. We use that information to respond to you and, when you request the trial, to send the installer. We do not sell it. We do not share it with third parties except where legally required or necessary to deliver a service you asked for.

2. What we collect, and from whom.

From visitors to this website

Nothing automated. This site does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party scripts that identify visitors. The web server hosting this site may log standard request metadata (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and operational purposes; these logs are retained for no longer than 30 days and are never used for tracking or profiling.

From people who contact us by email

Whatever you send us. Typically: your name, email address, company or organization, country, role, and the substance of your inquiry. We hold this information in our email system for as long as the conversation is relevant to serving you, plus a reasonable record-keeping period afterward.

From people who request the AgileWeight trial

The information you submit in the trial request template: name, company, work email, country, role, and how you plan to use the trial. This is used to send you the installer and documentation, provide the optional setup call if requested, and follow up during and shortly after the trial period.

From people who apply for jobs

Whatever you send to careers@AgileSoftwareSolutions.com — typically a resume, cover letter, and relevant references. Retained for the duration of the hiring conversation and up to 12 months afterward in case a suitable role opens.

4. Who we share it with.

We share personal information only in these situations:

• Service providers we use to operate. Our email provider hosts the messages you send us. Our web hosting provider serves this website. These providers are contractually bound not to use your information for their own purposes.
• When you ask us to. If your trial request references a specific distributor (for example, CAS Bolivia), we may loop that partner into the conversation to serve you locally. We tell you when we do this.
• When legally required. If we receive a valid subpoena, court order, or similar legally binding request, we will comply. We will notify you unless prohibited from doing so by law.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertising networks. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.

6. Security and retention.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold — encrypted transport for email, access limited to team members who need it, and prompt deletion of information we no longer need. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, plus any legally required record-keeping period. Trial request information is retained for the duration of the trial plus 24 months. Business inquiry emails are retained per our standard business record-keeping policy. Job applications are retained for up to 12 months after the hiring decision unless the applicant requests earlier deletion.
